Mohit Mahato
Born in 1993, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
Mohit completed his Bachelor of Visual Arts in Painting, at the College of Fine Arts, Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Bengaluru (2018).

Mohit has received the Generator Cooperative Art Grant, Experimenter, Kolkata in 2022. He was also invited to the 'Fumetto' International Comics Festival by Pro-Helvetia in Lucerne, Switzerland, in 2019. He has also received Excellence Award in Painting during his Bachelors.
Mohit is also the co-founder of ‘Pagal Canvas’ (2017) an independent visual publication house, which produces Art books, Comics and other print cultures, He has also set up an independent Print studio “Pagal Canvas Backyard” in Bengaluru for his practice and also for other Printmakers (2020-21)
He lives and works in Bengaluru.
